The level of support your business requires will determine the plan that best fits your needs. For customers using XSGateway services in deployment, we offer various Support Plans. Specific features of these plans are highlighted here.
Various types of Support plans :
  • Basic Plan:
    This is an inclusive offering for companies that require high quality around-the-clock support for critical issues, access to new releases, and online support services. Faster response is available with the Enterprise plan.

  • Enterprise Plan:
    The Enterprise level is designed for customers with higher volumes and more complex business requirements. It provides the same quality technical assistance as Basic, but with quicker response targets and additional access. Enterprise plan delivers our most comprehensive offering of prioritized and proactive support services. The Enterprise plan , includes:

    - Highest priority response times
    - Priority access to the Enterprise Technical Team
Conjoinix provide 24x7 support through our online helpdesk facility. We also provide custom support plans either directly or through one of our channel partners. Presently, support is available only to registered customers duly covered by either product warranty or an Annual Support Plan.
The online helpdesk system is the preferred way to interact with our Support system. You must be registered to access the helpdesk service.
